What has actually been built with Claude Code?

The answer needs more than a prompt. Claude Builds separates public demos, enterprise systems, official integrations, research artifacts, and open-source templates so readers can compare evidence instead of vibes.

As of September 2026 a build can come out of Claude Code, Claude Code on the web, the Claude Agent SDK, Claude in Chrome, or Claude Cowork, running on Claude Fable 5.1, Opus 5, Sonnet 5, or Haiku 4.5. Each card names the surface, names the model when the source does, and says so when the source does not.
